How does checkout work? +
Add any available item to your bag, then continue to Stripe-hosted Checkout. Your final product, shipping, and tax amounts are shown before payment.
What is the return policy? +
Request authorization within 30 days after delivery before sending anything back. Discretionary returns must be unused, unworn, unaltered, and in their original packaging; accepted returns carry a 35% restocking fee, and the buyer pays return shipping. Damaged, defective, or wrong items and rights that cannot legally be waived are handled separately.
Why not sell rackets and shoes? +
They tie up more cash and create sizing, warranty, and return complexity. The first version focuses on lightweight, straightforward accessories across several sports.
Will the price change at checkout? +
The product price shown on its card is the current selling price. Shipping and any applicable tax are shown separately before you pay.

30 days and authorization
Email support@palmpointgear.com to request authorization within 30 days after delivery and before shipping a return. Returns sent without authorization may be refused.
35% restocking fee
Discretionary or change-of-mind returns are eligible only if unused, unworn, unaltered, and in their original packaging. Accepted returns are refunded less a 35% restocking fee after inspection. The buyer is responsible for return shipping and should use a trackable service.
Problems with an order
Contact support promptly if an item arrives damaged, defective, or is the wrong item. Those issues are handled separately from discretionary returns. The 35% fee, buyer-paid return shipping, condition requirements, and 30-day request window do not override remedies required for seller error or rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.
