About Palm Point Gear
Who we are
Palm Point Gear is a small online store for sports accessories and gear for active, outdoor days: pickleball and racket sports, running, Pilates and yoga, training, recovery, golf and outdoor living. It is run by Peterson Group Enterprises LLC, a Florida company, which is the seller for every order placed on this site.
How it works
We don't make or warehouse the products ourselves. We choose them from supplier partners that keep stock in U.S. warehouses, and your order ships to you directly from one of those warehouses. It usually leaves within 1–3 business days and arrives 4–10 business days after you order. Orders of $35.00 or more ship free.
What we check before something goes on sale
Each product has to be genuinely useful for practice, play or recovery, be in stock in a U.S. warehouse, reach you within our usual delivery time, and be fairly priced once shipping is counted. We describe products plainly, using the supplier's own specifications, and we don't make health or medical claims.
Who you deal with
We take your order, answer your questions, and handle returns and refunds ourselves. Payments go through Stripe's secure checkout. Returns are accepted within 30 days after delivery; see the return policy and shipping details.
