Terms of sale
Last updated October 11, 2026. These terms apply when you use palmpointgear.com or buy from it.
1. Who you're buying from
Palm Point Gear is run by Peterson Group Enterprises LLC, a Florida limited liability company, which is the seller for every order. Contact: support@palmpointgear.com, 7901 4th St N #36577, St. Petersburg, FL 33702.
2. Prices and payment
Prices are in U.S. dollars. The product price, shipping and any sales tax are shown on Stripe's secure checkout before you pay, and your card is charged when you place the order. If an item turns out to be unavailable, or a price was shown in error, we'll let you know and refund that part of the order in full.
3. Shipping
We ship to addresses in the United States. Orders ship from our supplier partners' U.S. warehouses. Costs and delivery estimates are on the shipping page; delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees.
4. Returns and refunds
You can request a return within 30 days after delivery. How returns, refunds and damaged or wrong items are handled is on the return policy page, which is part of these terms.
5. Product information
We describe products as accurately as we can, using the supplier's specifications. Colors can look slightly different on different screens, and sizes may vary a little. If something you receive doesn't match its description, contact us and we'll make it right.
6. Liability
As far as the law allows, our responsibility for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have that can't be waived under the law.
7. Law and changes
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. We may update them; the version posted here when you order is the one that applies to that order. See also our privacy policy.
