What we collect

When you order:your name, email address, phone number, shipping address, what you bought and what you paid. Card details are entered on Stripe's secure checkout and go straight to Stripe; we never see or store your full card number.

When you email us: your email address and whatever you write to us.

When you browse:we count visits without cookies. We record the page you viewed, the site that sent you, any campaign tags in the link and your screen width. Your IP address and browser are turned into an anonymous code that changes every day; we don't store your IP address with it. Your bag is saved in your own browser so it's still there when you come back.

How we use it

To take payment for, ship and support your order, send order and shipping emails, handle returns and refunds, answer your questions, prevent fraud, keep the records tax and accounting rules require, and see which pages are popular (from the anonymous visit counts).

Who we share it with

Only the companies that help us run the store, for that purpose: Stripe (payments), our supplier partners and shipping carriers (your name, address and phone number, to deliver your order), our email delivery provider (to send order emails) and Cloudflare (hosting and security, which handles connection data such as IP addresses to protect the site). We may also share information when the law requires it.

We don't sell your personal information, and we don't share it for targeted advertising. We don't use advertising or tracking cookies; our hosting provider may set a strictly necessary cookie to keep bots off the site.

How long we keep it

Order records are kept as long as we need them for your order, returns, and accounting and tax rules, generally up to seven years. Messages are kept as long as we need them to help you.

Your choices

You can ask us what personal information we have about you, or ask us to correct or delete it, by emailing support@palmpointgear.com. We'll answer within 30 days. We may need to keep some records the law requires, such as tax records.

Children

Palm Point Gearis not meant for children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their information.
